Fishing Overview 2008
Our programs feature some of the world's best
coldwater fishing opportunities in the wildest waters of the north
Pacific. On our river trips, a wide range of species can be taken: all
six forms of Pacific salmon, in season, plus rainbow/steelhead trout,
three species of charr, grayling (two species) and pike (two species).
On our lodge based, saltwater program, you can take a potpourri of
species from Alaska's nearshore waters: five species of salmon in
season, steelhead trout, Dolly Varden charr, halibut, lingcod,
rockfish, greenling, Pacific cod and others.
Although we specialize in fly fishing, all legal methods are used in
our Alaska program. For the rivers of Kamchatka, only fly fishing is
allowed.
Let us know what kind of fishing you are especially interested in and
we can suggest the best location, timeframe and other considerations to
help in your vacation planning.
